Grape varieties: Baco, Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc
Tasting notes : Golden with yellow highlights. A powerful but delicate register, with notes of cinnamon, Christmas spices and exotic fruits. Smoky, peaty, almost Scottish on the palate. Beautiful coppery orange colour. A greedy nose with pastry notes, cooked fruit and meringue. In the mouth, a pleasant density, freshness and harmony. The finish is a little more powerful with persistent spicy tones.
Serving suggestions: An Armagnac that can be served as an aperitif on the rocks or "dry" as well as a digestive. It can also be enjoyed with foie gras and cheese (Roquefort).
