Blanche
Blanche d'Armagnac is produced from white wines from Gascony, distilled after fermentation on lees.
This unaged eau-de-vie is the mother of all Armagnacs, and comes from the same region as Armagnac.
Unlike aged Armagnac, Blanche d'Armagnac is a white spirit, bringing out its fresh, fruity and floral aromas.
To preserve its aromas and crystalline appearance, it is stored in an inert container. Its production is subject to strict conditions and compulsory batch control, making it a technical, demanding and highly qualitative product.
Blanche d'Armagnac is matured for at least three months in inert containers, in accordance with the specifications of the Armagnac appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC). This maturation period enables the eau-de-vie to develop its organoleptic characteristics, while preserving its transparency and freshness.
