Appearance : Orange copper.

Nose : Very rich aromatic note, the cooked fruit (plum, prune, pear) dominates. When aired, it evolves on notes of candied citrus fruits (orange, tangerine). Then woody notes come to merge with the fruit aromas.

Mouth : Ample, generous. The attack in mouth is carried on the ripe fruit (mirabelle plum, blood orange), in the middle of mouth notes of cocoa appear.
