Born from a blend of several vintages over 25 years old, this amber-colored XO reveals a rich aromatic nose with notes of ripe fruit and wood. In the mouth,

Appearance : Orangey copper

Nose : Aromatically very rich, the first impression is explosive, we find candied fruit (prune, apricot) then it evolves on notes of rancio, spices and bitter almond.

Mouth : Round, balanced, similar to the nose, the attack in the mouth is carried on the ripe fruit and the candy (banana, orange). In the middle of the mouth, a chocolate character imposes itself accompanied by a bitterness like orange peel.

Finish : Long, ample, leaving a chocolatey, spicy and finely wooded taste.

Serving suggestions: Room temperature, as an accompaniment to a dessert (chocolate mousse, tiramisu, tourtière) or as a tasting for a moment of pleasure.
