Traditionally distilled with a travelling Armagnac still, over a wood fire. Aged in French oak barrels until bottled.
Appearance: Amber color with coppery highlights.
Nose: Intense nose with complex notes of stewed fruit, candied fruit (plums), dried fruit (figs) and woody to toasty notes.
Palate: Lively and finely structured, with dominant notes of mellow wood and rancio.
Very good persistence on the palate with woody, mentholated notes.
