Château de Mirail, nestled in the hearts of renowned Armagnac, presents a Haut-Armagnac of pure excellence from this pivotal year 2006.
This treasure has been caressed by time for more than 15 years in 400-liter oak barrels, delivering unrivaled aromatic depth.
Its Nose reveal a symphony of intense aromas: the sweetness of freshly baked bread, deliciously concentrated candied fruits, and notes of grilled meats that titillate the senses.
On tasting, it envelops the palate in velvety roundness, harmoniously blending the vanilla flavor of precious wood with the intoxicating sweetness of prune.
The spectacular finish leaves a lingering echo of ripe fruit.
Cultivated on a clay-limestone terroir, this Haut-Armagnac benefits from ideal growing conditions for the Folle-Blanche grape variety, giving it all its typicity and aromatic complexity.
Thanks to 15+ years' barrel ageing, this Haut-Armagnac du Château de Mirail 2006 has an exceptional ageing potential of up to 100 years.
This long ageing process enables it to develop a rich, balanced aromatic palette, while preserving the freshness and vivacity of the Folle-Blanche grape variety.
Ideally enjoyed at room temperature, as a digestive or with a dark chocolate dessert.
