Gold medal at the Les Talents de l'Armagnac Competition in Eauze 2015-2016

Traditionally distilled with a travelling Armagnac still, over a wood fire. Aged in French oak barrels until bottled.


Appearance: Amber color with golden straw highlights


Nose: Intense nose of stewed fruit (pears, apples) and toasted notes.
Palate: Very good attack on the palate, round and structured in body, with dominant aromas of cooked fruits, woody and mellow


Very good persistence on the palate
