With its deep amber colour, this vintage offers a complex nose of gingerbread, rancio (walnuts, grilled almonds) and toasted notes.
Round and full on the palate, with ripe fruit flavours (greengage, fig) and a peppery finish.
Praised by the Sommelier International in January 2013 for its beautiful light oak colour and aromatic complexity, this vintage is a real gem from the Armagnac region.
Tasting notes : Deep amber colour.
Complex, powerful nose, with notes of apricot and peach, as well as a few hints of cocoa and liquorice on a fairly pronounced woodiness.
Well-crafted and supple on the palate, with a pronounced "fatness". Intense, rich finish of currants, candied orange and vanilla, with supple woody notes
Grape varieties, ageing : 100% Baco / 700 ml bottle / 42% alcohol by volume
